Octogone's Participation in the Benin Talent Pool: A Commitment to the Future

From July 27 to 29, 2024, the Octogone Group made its mark on the third edition of the Benin Talent Pool Meet-up, an essential annual event for Beninese and African talents. Held at the Novotel in Cotonou, this event brought together leaders from the private and public sectors to discuss strategies for talent development and retention in Africa. For Octogone, this participation was much more than a simple presence: it embodied a deep commitment to the development of Africa and the optimization of local human resources.
The event provided Octogone with the opportunity to unveil its new visual identity, symbolizing its renewal and ambition to be a key player in sustainable development in Africa. This new image embodies Octogone's vision: to unite African talents to actively contribute to the continent's transformation. Chairman and CEO, Razak SAKA, seized this opportunity not only to share the scope of ongoing projects but also to emphasize the importance of overcoming the barriers that too often hinder the rise of African talents.
